Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Feyyora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to assist you with returns or exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
  • Certain products such as sale items, intimate apparel, or perishable goods may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Please refer to the specific product page for more details.

How to Make a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at help@feyyora.com to request a return or exchange. Please include your order number, the item you wish to return/exchange, and the reason.
  2. Ship the Item: After approval, you will receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or there was an error in your order.
  3. Processing: Once we receive the item and inspect its condition, we will process your return or exchange. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped as soon as possible.

Refunds:

  • Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to process.
  • If you paid for shipping, that cost will not be refunded.
